Today I share some notes from yesterday's Quest, based on Lowell Fillmore's The Prayer Way to Health, Wealth and Happiness, led by my friend Lou Olivieri:
- Knowing rather than believing
- Praying with confidence
- Coming from a place of awakened consciousness
- Divine (with a capital D) order is for a reason, and in the season of your consciousness.
- Is this coming from a place of lack or from Truth? We are growing into our Truth.
- Heaven is within. It is based on our choices of thought. It is our place of Higher consciousness/Higher Power.
- God is the vibration that lifts us higher.
- Looking at The Lord's Prayer...
- Hallowed by Thy (and my) name. The I AM is sacred.
- How are you choosing to live in the Kingdom now?
- "Thy" Kingdom is one where love and forgiveness of one's neighbors prevails.
- In us, through us...we share our gifts.
- I raise the veil between me and my God...between me and Myself. I surrender to my Higher Power within.
- Earth and Heaven are the same thing!
- The Word of God is our sustenance. This is our "daily bread" in addition to food.
- Daily Word is daily bread.
- "Give" implies that it is already done. We are grateful for what we have already received...what has appeared in the material realm and what is coming forth. We do not beseech.
- Forgive me when I mis the mark, as I forgive others for their mis-marks.
- Lead us not into temptation - when temptation comes, I remember God. I learn to walk God's path on this plane.
- Only light can over come darkness, for darkness is the absence of light.
- I remember Who I am.
